The movement for diversity includes everyone, and requires everyone. The 2017 3% Conference was centered around the theme Beyond Gender.

Our interactive poster highlighted the idea that diversity improves workplace outcomes and leads to more interesting work. Each pull tab featured a current statistic relaying the benefit of diversity within advertising, while changing the flavor from Vanilla, to something more interesting. The poster was interactive to remind people that change takes action.

TWEETUP: Attending the conference led to a social campaign to involve the Creative Circus in the annual 3% Tweetup during the Super Bowl.
